My Testimony: Growing up, I knew about Jesus and God and I believed, though I would not say I actually “knew” him. Coming to college, I met someone on Campus Outreach staff, who showed me that Christianity had much more to offer. It was not just a religion, but a lifestyle and a commitment to God. On a spur of the moment decision, I ended up going on a Christian summer project where I learned how to read my Bible and share my testimony. It was there that I realized I cannot do the work to be saved but it is only by the grace of God.
Why I want to go to CCP: There are many reasons why I am excited but the main one is to go share the Gospel on another continent to people that may have never heard it before. I also really want to visit other places in the world and meet new people to build those connections to hopefully share the good news of Jesus with them.
